Older Streets, Settled Slabs
Plenty of Stratford properties are a good deal older than the concrete sitting on them. A slab poured over disturbed or loosely compacted fill keeps settling as that ground consolidates, and you end up with a driveway pitching back toward the house or a front walk with a lip at every joint.
Replacing it means demolition, hauling, forming and a week before you can use it again. Polyurethane levelling leaves the concrete where it is: we drill 5/8 inch holes, inject expanding foam into the voids underneath, and the slab lifts back toward grade. The holes are patched, the site is cleaned, and in most cases you are walking or driving on it the same day.
