Komoka’s mix of established homes and newer builds keeps us busy pouring everything from replacement driveways to patios and walkways for growing families. We handle the excavation and base work ourselves, so the same crew that preps your site finishes the surface.
New Builds and Older Properties Alike
Komoka has a genuinely mixed housing stock, and the two halves need different things. On newer lots we’re usually pouring first-time driveways, walkways and patios, often coordinating around a builder still finishing the grading.
On established properties it’s replacement work: forty-year-old driveways that have cracked into gravel, or patios that were poured too thin to survive. Either way the same crew handles excavation, base, forming, pour and finish, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between subtrades.

Do you pour for new construction?
Yes. A good share of our Komoka work is new-build flatwork, coordinated around your builder’s timeline.
Can you match my existing concrete?
Usually. We can match finish, colour family and jointing so an addition reads as part of the original pour.
What finishes are available?
Broom, exposed aggregate, stamped and integrally coloured concrete, including two-tone release finishes.
Do you offer concrete levelling here?
Not currently in Komoka. Levelling is available in London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Woodstock, Sarnia and Kitchener.
