Drainage First, Everywhere Else Second
A lot of Mount Brydges properties sit on larger rural lots with longer driveways and less predictable grading than a city subdivision. Get the drainage wrong on a lot like that and the concrete tells you within a couple of winters.
So we spend the time up front: reading how water actually moves across the property, setting slopes to carry it away from the house and garage, and compacting a base deep enough for the traffic the slab will really see.
